Cushman & Wakefield | Picor recently closed on five commercial transactions totaling $1.14 million.

 

[mepr-show rules="58038"] The former "Companion Animal Clinic" Veterinary Office at 2616-2626 N Campbell sold for $380,000 ($109 PSF). The 2,702-square-foot Medical/Veterinary office with 788-square-foot attached house was vacant at time of sale. The property is on a .36 acre lot on the highly visible and heavily trafficked Campbell corridor that connects the Foothill with the U of A. The buyer, 2626 Campbell Investment, LLC is owned by the David Family Trust (Rod & Jeni David) was represented by Tim Healy with CBRE of Tucson. Brandon Rodgers of Cushman & Wakefield | Picor represented the seller, CIT Small Business Lending Corporation.

Tucson-based, D Square Construction, LLC purchased 2,155-square-feet, in two industrial zoned (C-3) buildings, at 101 & 107 W. Sahuaro Street in Tucson, from Alfredo Zavala for $200,000 ($93 PSF). Russell W. Hall, SIOR, GSCS and Stephen D. Cohen, Principals and Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller in this transaction.

A contractor's yard of .66 acres sold for $125,000 ($4.35 PSF). The site contains a 1,000-square-foot modular office and ramada structure.  It was occupied by Solano Outdoor Living when it sold. The seller was CIT Small Business Lending Corporation and the investor was Robert Rex Properties of La Habra Heights, CA. The transaction was handled by Brandon Rodgers with Cushman & Wakefield | Picor of Tucson.

Alex T. Ortega, Jr. purchased three lots for a total of 21,312-square-feet in Industrial Park Site, Block E at 3100 – 3114 E. Columbia Street in Tucson from Marjorie Altieri Trust for $130,000 ($6.10 PSF).  Russell W. Hall, SIOR, GSCS and Stephen D. Cohen, Principals and Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled this transaction.

E & S Irving, LLC purchased 83,307-square-feet of land at 2171 W. River Road in Tucson, from Circle K Stores for $300,000 ($3.60 PSF).  Rob Tomlinson, Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller and David Lee with David Lee Real Estate Company of Tucson represented the buyer in this transaction.
