SAHUARITA, Arizona -- Mister Car Wash, Inc. (NYSE: MCW) pulled construction permits for a new location at 16120 S Rancho Sahuarita Blvd. in Sahuarita, the southwestern corner of Sahuarita Road and Rancho Sahuarita Blvd.
The 1.38 acres of retail land was purchased from an affiliate of Sharpe and Associates, Rancho Sahuarita Commercial Ventures, LLC, (Jeremy Sharpe, manager) for $1,257,382 ($20.92 PSF). The sale closed September 28, 2021.
