Highlighted this week is a 7.267-square-foot office at 5151 E Broadway Blvd, Suite 1100 in Tucson handled by Richard M. Kleiner, MBA, and Thomas J. Nieman, Principals, and Office Specialists, with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR and Peter McGill with Cushman & Wakefield U.S., Inc., of Baltimore, MD.

The following leases were submitted to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report from November 8-12, 2021.

OFFICE – 5151 E. BROADWAY BLVD, TUCSON 85711, East
Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. renewed their lease with KCI-Broadway, LLC, Scott Seldin-Broadway, LLC, Belmont-Broadway, LLC, and Tucson 5151 Investments, LLC., for 7,267-square-feet of office space located at 5151 E. Broadway Blvd., Suite 1100 in Tucson. Richard M. Kleiner, MBA, and Thomas J. Nieman, Principals, and Office Specialists, with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction. Peter McGill with Cushman & Wakefield U.S., Inc., Baltimore, represented the tenant.

OFFICE – 4361 E. BROADWAY BLVD., TUCSON 85711, East
Kingz Hookah, LLC, has leased 1,848-square-feet at 4361 E. Broadway Blvd., Suite D, from 4345 E. Broadway, LLC.  Lori Casey and Cameron Casey of Oxford Realty Advisors represented both the Tenant and Landlord in this transaction.

OFFICE – 1200 N EL DORADO PL., TUCSON 85715, Northeast
Medspace, LLC, leased 1,368-square-feet of office space from El Dorado Ventures, LLC, located at 1200 N. El Dorado Pl., Suite F-640 in Tucson.  Thomas J. Nieman, Principal, and Molly Mary Gilbert, Office Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.

RETAIL – 5028 N. ORACLE RD., TUCSON 85704, Northwest
1st Choice Pools Building & Design, LLC, leased 1,200-square-feet of retail space from River Equities, LLC, located in River Village, 5028 N. Oracle Rd. in Tucson. Dave Hammack, Principal, and Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.

OFFICE – 245 S. PLUMER AVE, TUCSON 85719, Central
CoolSys Commercial and Industrial Solutions, Inc., has leased 1,200-square-feet at 245 S. Plumer Ave., Suite #4, from Plumer Partners, LLC.  Lori Casey and Douglas Marsh of Oxford Realty Advisors in alliance with Jones Lang LaSalle California office represented the Tenant and Paul Hooker of PICOR represented the Landlord in this transaction.
