TUCSON, ARIZONA – Tucson Fiesta at 4215, 4225 & 4255 North Oracle Road in Tucson sold for $14.6 million ($157 PSF) to Alturas Capital Partners of Eagle, Idaho.
Located at Oracle and Limberlost, the 93,005-square-foot neighborhood shopping center was built in 1993 on 7.04 acres and was 100% occupied at time of sale with three tenants: PGA Tour Superstore, Bob’s Discount Furniture and Burlington Store.
PGA Tour Superstore occupies 51,000-square-feet with Bob’s Discount Furniture and Burlington in the remaining space. The center has 42,573 feet of prime retail frontage along Oracle Road.
The Eisenberg Company (Jason Eisenberg) of Phoenix bought the property in 2017 with two pads along Oracle Road, where Raising Cane and Panda Express are now located for the highest price per square foot in 2020 for a retail pad. See Real Estate Daily News for story.
