APACHE JUNCTION, Ariz – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a 14.89-acres parcel of land on East Route 60 in Apache Junction, Arizona.
The asset sold for $675,000.
Art Rullo, Michael E. Farrar and Ross Smith, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, an individual trust. The buyer, another individual trust, was procured by Rullo, Farrar and Smith.

The subject property is located on Route 60 east of Gold Canyon, Arizona.
