TUCSON, ARIZONA, October 5, 2022 -- Mission Tierra Apartments at 5505 S Mission Road in Tucson sold for $38 million ($173,000 per unit).

The 200-unit complex is located close to I-19, downtown and the Tucson airport. Consisting of 96 – one-bedrooms in two floor plans: 574 square feet and 587 square feet, 96 – two-bedrooms with two floor plans: 844 square feet and 860 square feet, and 28 – double level town homes with four bedrooms each, 1,312s square feet in 15 buildings plus clubhouse and laundry buildings. Amenities include a spa, pool, picnic area, gated community, and is pet friendly with dogs and cats allowed.

The property sold September 23, 2022.

The CBRE Mulitfamily Team of Jeff Casper (Tucson) Asher Gunter, Matt Pesch, Sean Cunningham and Austin Groer of CBRE Phoenix represented the seller, Blackstone Company of Chicago, Illinois.  The buyer is an affiliate of Element Property Company of Los Angeles, CA, Mission Tierra Owner, LLC, c/o Michael Silberman who was self-represented in the transaction.
