The Bakersfield, CA based quick service carwash chain purchased a ±47,070 square foot PAD site located at the northwest corner of Oracle Road and Innovation Market Drive, Oro Valley, AZ for $1.45 million ($31 PSF).
The address will be 11595 N Oracle Road in Oro Valley, part of the Oro Valley Marketplace at Oracle and Tangerine.
Surf Thru Express Car Wash is expanding throughout the western United States, including Southern California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas and Oregon.
