Long-time Yuma Commercial Real Estate Agent Adds Geographic Diversity

PHOENIX, November 8 , 2022 – Jerry LoCoco has been named Vice President at Colliers in Arizona.  The seasoned commercial real estate agent brings eight years of experience in commercial space, primarily focused in the Yuma market.

“Jerry is a remarkable professional with experience in both brokerage and construction, stretching across all types of commercial space,” says Bob Mulhern, senior managing director of Colliers in Arizona.  “His knowledge and expertise within the Yuma market will be a great asset to our endeavors.  As a rapidly expanding border community, Yuma is attracting regional and national companies that understand the benefit of its strong labor pool and proximity to California and Mexico.”

LoCoco will continue working with a wide variety of clients in the Yuma marketplace, as well as in Greater Phoenix and Texas.  He holds real estate licenses in both Arizona and Texas.  He recently served as senior vice president of Paladin Partners in Dallas.  Prior to that, he was the managing broker of SVN/Commercial Real Estate in Yuma and the vice president/owner of LPC Construction Company in Yuma.

LoCoco’s experience includes both tenant and landlord representation for significant industrial projects in Yuma.  He also has handled medical office leasing, healthcare development work, retail lease negotiations, and project management for construction/development of shopping centers and industrial facilities.

LoCoco is a member associate with SIOR and plans to obtain the  CCIM designation in 2023.  He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Housing and Urban Development from Arizona State University, as well as a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arizona’s James E. Rogers College of Law.
