High Performance Homes surrounded by an array of amenities and recreational opportunities

Phoenix, Ariz. (November 11, 2022) – Landsea Homes Corporation (Nasdaq: LSEA) (“Landsea Homes” or the “Company”), a publicly traded residential homebuilder, announced today all homes have sold and closed at Riata at Alamar in Avondale, and Farmstead at Harvest in Queen Creek, Arizona.

“Riata at Alamar and Farmstead at Harvest offered thoughtfully-designed quality homes, outstanding community amenities, abundant acreage, convenient access to top rated schools, and entertainment and recreational activities, which really resonated with new homebuyers,” said Todd Condon, vice president of sales and marketing, Landsea Homes’ Arizona division. “Both communities closed out just about two years after opening for sale, reaffirming the demand for our High Performance Homes.”

Riata at Alamar consists of 75 one- and two-story homes, which opened for sale in October 2020. The focus on health and wellness spreads throughout the design of the Alamar master planned community, with 34 parks, trails and open space. A 40-acre regional park built in partnership with the City of Avondale opened in spring 2022, and includes sports fields, tennis and pickleball courts, playgrounds, a splash pad, amphitheater, dog park and picnic areas.

Due to high demand in Maricopa County, Landsea Homes opened Sunset Farms in November 2021 in Tolleson. The new community of 140 homes is already 50 percent sold out.

Farmstead at Harvest includes 90 single-family homes, which opened for sale in July 2020. The Harvest master planned community includes resort-style amenities, including a 7-acre park consisting of a 15-acre lake, 45 acres of open space, permanent trails, a junior Olympic-sized swimming pool, play pool and a gathering pavilion for the community.

Due to rapid growth in the East Valley and continued success in the area, Landsea Homes opened three new neighborhoods for sale at the Eastmark master planned community in Mesa. The Company also acquired 461 homesites for a new community called Wildera in Pinal County in September.
