Wildflower Learning Center has signed a lease for a 4,380-square-foot building at 13549 N. Sanders Road, Marana, AZ, the southwest corner of Sanders Rd. and Grier Rd. Wildflower Learning Center is a childcare center that will provide full-time or part-time care to children from 6 weeks of age to 5 years. Wildflower Learning Center is projected to open in October 2023. Elite Community Services, LLC has leased 3,950 square feet at 5532 E. Grant Road, for a 5-year term, from Maqsood & Sabina Enterprises, LLC. Lindsay Mozena of Realty One Group, Inc. represented the tenant, and Robert Nolan of Oxford Realty Advisors represented the landlord in this transaction.
RETAIL – 5110 E 5TH ST., TUCSON, 85711, East
Independent Electrical Contractors of Southern Arizona, Inc. have leased 3,082 square feet from HLF Properties at 5110 E 5th Street in Tucson. Esther Empens with Tierra Antigua Realty represented the tenant, and Andy Seleznov with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the landlord.
OFFICE – 1601 N TUCSON BLVD, TUCSON, 85716, Central
David Montijo with CBRE in Tucson represented the landlord and tenant in a $199,416 five-year lease of 2,280 square feet at 1601 North Tucson Blvd. in Tucson.
RETAIL – ORANGE GROVE VILLAGE, 6437 N ORACLE RD., TUCSON, 85704, Northwest
Sol Flower Dispensary has signed a lease for a 1,851-square-foot space at 6437 N. Oracle Road, Tucson, AZ, in the Orange Grove Village shopping center at the northwest corner of Oracle and Orange Grove Roads. This will be Sol Flower Dispensary’s first location in Tucson and sixth location in Arizona. Two more locations are scheduled by their firm for Tucson later this year. Sol Flower Dispensary is an upscale dispensary offering patient consultation. Sol Flower Dispensary is estimated to open in September 2023.
