TUCSON, ARIZONA, July 24, 2023 -- Highlighted this week is a new 66,768-square-feet industrial lease at 3760 N Commerce in Tucson handled by Stephen Cohen with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR and Clint Buckelew with Buckelew Realty.

The following leases were reported to Real Estate Daily News from July 17-21, 2023

INDUSTRIAL – 3760 N COMMERCE DR, TUCSON, 85705, Central
Marsden Services, LLC leased 66,768 square feet of industrial space at 3760 N. Commerce Dr., in Tucson, from North Tucson, LLC. Stephen D. Cohen, Principal, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord. Clint Buckelew with Buckelew Realty represented the tenant.

INDUSTRIAL – 2045 N FORBES BLVD., #102-104, TUCSON, 85745, West 
Kuumba Made, Inc. renewed and expanded its lease with Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC for a combined 18,160 square feet of industrial space at Broadbent Business Center, 2045 N. Forbes Blvd., Suite 102 and 102A-104 in Tucson. Paul Hooker, SIOR, Principal, and Andrew Keim, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord. David Volk with Volk Company represented the tenant.

RETAIL – 565 E WETMORE RD., TUCSON, 85705, Central 
Larsen Baker is pleased to announce that La Botana Mexican Grill leased 2,600 square feet at Tucson Place Shopping Center, 565 E Wetmore Rd, Tucson, AZ 85705, in the Wal-Mart / Best Buy anchored power center. The building is the former Applebee’s restaurant located on the pad along Wetmore. Larsen Baker adapted the 4,400 SF building into two suites; one side is the Church’s Chicken with Drive through, La Botana now occupies the other half.  Isaac Figueroa with Larsen Basker represented the landlord, and Craig Finfrock with Commercial Retail Advisors represented the tenant.

MD Office Solutions renewed its lease with Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC for 2,134 square feet of office space at Midway Business Park, 4500 E. RETAIL – 923 W PRINCE RD., TUCSON, 85705, Central
Larsen Baker is pleased to announce that Elegant Creations has leased 2,000 square feet at Prince Fairview Shopping Center. The plaza is located at 923 W Prince Rd. Elegant Creations brings a much needed quinceañera supply store to the area. They will sell quinceañera style dresses and party supplies, and other products. RETAIL – SOL BLOCK, BROADWAY & TUCSON BLVD., TUCSON, 85719, Central
Larsen Baker is pleased to announce that Studio Hair Artistry by K & Co. has pre-leased 1,428 square feet at its Sol Block project on Broadway east of Tucson Blvd. Studio Hair will provide salon services and the sale of related products.
