TUCSON, AZ (December 14, 2023) – A Scottsdale-based rehab company, Pimaland, LLC, doing business as Arizona Rehab Campus (ARC), purchased a 3,595-square-foot fully occupied three-tenant office property at 2220 N Camino Principal in Tucson for $1 million ($278 PSF).
The transaction closed on December 4, 2023.
John Hamner, CCIM, and Julian Willetts, CCIM, with RE/MAX Excalibur in Tucson, represented the seller, a Family Trust, and the buyer was self-represented.
The buyer is a leading treatment center for drug rehab and addiction treatment programs at the Tucson ARC located at 6944 E Tanque Verde Road and purchased the property for expansion space, offering a fully integrated facility designed for dual diagnosis drug & alcohol abuse patients. Treatment at America’s Rehab Campuses begins with a biopsychosocial and medical evaluation by a medical doctor and a psychologist/psychiatrist on staff.
