Sales Transactions:
Matt Harper, CCIM and Thomas Smith negotiated the sale of 2.73 acres for $1.295 million, representing the seller, Via Church, Inc. The property is located at 6739 E. Dallas St., Mesa, AZ. The buyer, Power Rd Development, LLC, was represented by Gunnar Sinnett with LevRose.
Laurel Lewis, SIOR, Don Morrow and Dylan Whitwer negotiated the sale of a 3,802 SF industrial building for $950,000 representing the seller, Davalco, LLC. The property is located at 3135 N. Delaware St., #102, Chandler, AZ. The buyers, Shane Matsumoto and Catherine Matsumoto were represented by Warren Johnston with ORION.
