Tucson, AZ (March 19, 2024) -- Three Industrial Buildings Sold at 1440 S Euclid Avenue & 602 E 24th Street, in Tucson for $4.5 million ($77 PSF). Built in 1972, the buildings comprise 58,661 square feet on a 3-acre lot.
The buyer is a document shredding company, Assured Document Destruction, Inc., based in Las Vegas, NV. It plans to occupy the building at 1440 S Euclid Avenue and lease the remaining two buildings.
Krosswood Doors leased and occupied all three buildings before the sale — two at 602 E 24th Street and one at 1440 S Euclid Ave. The property at 1440 S Euclid last sold for $450,000 in February 2012, and 602 E 24th St. last sold for $940,000 on April 15, 2019.
