Mayor Craig McFarland
Mayor Craig McFarland has lived in Casa Grande since 2005 and retired from Golden Eagle Distributors as VP of Sales in 2015. With 36 years in beverage business sales management, he began his mayoral term in December 2016 and is now in his fourth and final term, ending in December 2024. His priorities include implementation of the City Strategic Plan and 2030 General Plan, pushing for 1-10 widening, Marketing the City of Casa Grande, developing and implementing his homeless coalition called CGHELPs and affordable housing projects, improving Quality of Life projects like the Community Recreation Center; Trails system, supporting Education & Workforce Development, developing plans for Down Town Redevelopment, building new Business and Industrial Opportunities and supporting Regional Economic
Development. Under his leadership, Casa Grande has attracted major companies, resulting in significant economic growth.
Richard Wilkie
Mr. Wilkie has over 20 years of government experience with roles in Clark County, NV; the Las Vegas Valley Water District and Southern Nevada Water Authority; the City of Henderson, NV; and the City of Casa Grande. He represents Casa Grande in regional committees such as CEDS, the Greater Phoenix Economic Council's Economic Development Directors Team, the Casa Grande Workforce Development Partnership, and the Pinal Partnership's Economic Development group. He also serves on the Executive Board for the Arizona Association for Economic Development and the Pinal County Workforce Board.
Kirk McCarville, CCIM
A lifelong Pinal County resident, Kirk McCarville, CCIM oversees all land transactions in the Casa Grande area and specializes in industrial and commercial site selection, as well as agricultural property. With over 42 years in real estate, he has represented major clients like Lucid Motors and Walmart. He founded McCarville Realty, which later merged with Land Advisors Organization. He has served on various boards, including the Casa Grande City Council, and is a founding member of several community organizations.
