TUCSON, AZ (August 2, 2024) – The 82-room Comfort Suites at the Airport, 6935 S Tucson Blvd. in Tucson, sold for $5 million ($61,000 per room). JOT Properties of Tucson was the seller, and 6935 S Tucson, LLC, an affiliate of SVP Holdings of Tucson, was the buyer.

The transaction concluded on July 22, 2024.

Constructed in 1998, the 72,240-square-foot, three-story Comfort Suites Airport is near the Tucson International Airport, Interstate 10, and Interstate 19. The hotel is also minutes from the Desert Diamond Casino, Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, Pima County Fairgrounds, Old Tucson Studios, the University of Arizona, and San Xavier del Bac Mission.

Guests relax in an outdoor heated pool with a whirlpool and enjoy free Wi-Fi, airport transportation, local calls, weekday newspapers, laundry facilities, and dry cleaning services. The hotel offers a free hot Your Morning Breakfast. There is an on-site business center with copy and fax services.

All rooms are pet-friendly and feature a living room, bedroom, and full bathroom. They also have refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, irons with boards, and cable television.
