TUCSON, ARIZONA, (December 2, 2024) -- This week, we highlight two new retail leasees: Hibbetts Sports in Old Spanish Trail and Kahu Hawaiian BBQ at Crossroads Festival.

The following leases were reported to Real Estate Daily News from November 25- 29, 2024, during the Thanksgiving holiday week.

RETAIL – OLD SPANISH TRAIL, 9610 e 22nd STREET, TUCSON, 85748 – East Submarket
CBRE's Pete Villaescusa and Jesse Peron represented ATT-OST Marketplace LLC and OST-II Marketplace LLC in a new 7,500-square-foot lease at Old Spanish Trail, 9610 East 22nd Street. Paul Bartlett of Axiom Retail Advisors represented Hibbett Sports, the tenant. This will be Hibbetts Sports' second location in the Tucson area, and they plan to open at the beginning of December.

RETAIL – CROSSROADS FESTIVAL, 4821 E GRANT RD, TUCSON, 85712 - Northeast Submarket
Larsen Baker is pleased to announce that Lingrant BBQ, LLC dba Kahu Hawaiian BBQ has leased the 2,300-square-foot end cap restaurant space in the pad building formerly occupied by Smashburger at Crossroads Festival Shopping Center. Kahu Hawaiian BBQ is a casual eatery offering Hawaiian comfort fare, including BBQ chicken, mac salad, and musubi.  Isaac Figueroa, CCIM, SIOR, represented the Landlord, and Jeramy Price with Volk Company represented the tenant.
