TUCSON (February 17, 2025) --  Highlighted this week is a lease for Pro Liquidators leasing 4,800 square feet of retail space at 7310 E. Broadway Blvd. in Tucson. The transaction was handled by Robert Nolan of Oxford Realty Advisors.

The following leases were reported to Real Estate Daily News from February 10 thru 14, 2025.

RETAIL – 7310 E BROADWAY BLVD, TUCSON, 85710 - East Submarket
Pro Liquidators has leased 4,800 square feet at 7310 E. Broadway Blvd., from Maqsood Ahmad.  Robert Nolan of Oxford Realty Advisors represented the landlord in the transaction.

OFFICE – 6130 N LA CHOLLA BLVD. TUCSON, 85741 - Northwest Submarket
Southern Arizona Limb Preservation Center, PLLC leased 4,094 square feet of office space at 6130 N. La Cholla Blvd., Suite 111 in Tucson, from CWRP LA CHOLLA ORO MOB OWNER, LLC. Ryan McGregor, Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties.

INDUSTRIAL – SOUTH GATE BUSINESS PARK, 85713 - South Submarket
Janitorial Expert Technicians, LLC leased 2,360 square feet of industrial space at South Gate Business Park, 1991 E. Ajo Way, Suite 161 in Tucson, from Bobaganoosh, LLC. Andrew Keim, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord.

RETAIL – SAFEWAY SILVERADO PLAZA, 85748 - East Submarket
Roadrunner Pediatrics, Inc. leased 2,311 square feet of retail space at Safeway Silverado Plaza, 105 S. Houghton Rd. @ Broadway, in Tucson, from Silverado LP. Hunter Contracting Co. leased 2,100 square feet of office space at Country Club Business Center, 620 N. Country Club Rd., Suite 150 in Tucson, from H26ONE L.L.C. Ryan McGregor, Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord.

The Ugly Duckling, LLC has leased 1,300 square feet at 4625 E. Broadway Blvd., Suite 203.  Cameron Casey of Oxford Realty Advisors represented both the Tenant and the Landlord in this transaction.
