TUCSON, Ariz. – (March 17, 2025) – CBRE’s Nancy McClure represented the landlord, K-GAM Broadway Craycroft LLC, negotiating a 33,133-square-foot retail lease of 5530 East Broadway Blvd., in Tucson, Ariz.
Savers is relocating its current store near the intersection of Broadway and Park Place Drive to a new location in the former Conn's Home Plus building. After tenant improvements are complete, the store will open in the second half of this year. Axiom Retail Advisors from Irvine, Calif., represented Savers.
