TUCSON, AZ  (March 20, 2025) – The Southern Arizona CCIM Chapter is excited to announce an exclusive CCIM Ward course, designed to help real estate professionals expand their knowledge and sharpen their skills in commercial real estate. Whether transitioning from residential real estate or looking to deepen your expertise, this course offers invaluable insights into market analysis, investment fundamentals, and risk mitigation strategies.

The course will take place on:

  • Date: April 8, 2025
  • Time: 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM (following the CCIM monthly luncheon)
  • Location: DoubleTree by Hilton Tucson Reid Park
  • Instructor: Nick Miner, CCIM, a seasoned commercial real estate expert

Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate, including:
