The site will be transformed into ReDiscover a four-building industrial park
Phoenix (October 8, 2025) – CBRE has arranged the acquisition of the Deer Valley Innovation Park, a 43.5-acre site at 2402 West Beardsley Road in Phoenix. The property was acquired through a joint venture between ViaWest Group and Barings, which will redevelop the property into ReDiscover Logistics Park, a four-building, Class A industrial project totaling 808,000 sq. ft.
The large parcel located just off the interchange of Interstate 17 and Loop 101 in North Phoenix currently includes a 345,000 sq. ft. former call center building, which will be demolished to make way for the industrial park. ReDiscover will deliver flexible layouts, high-quality construction, and ample truck and trailer parking, catering to a wide range of industrial users.
CBRE’s Cooper Fratt, John Werstler, Tanner Ferrandi, and Connie Nelson represented ViaWest Group and Barings as well as the seller in the transaction.

ReDiscover will be delivered in February 2027, and its location offers quick access to the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing plant, is near the Deer Valley Airport, and is within 30 minutes of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
