Just Sold - Peoria Greenway Medical

Peoria, Ariz. (January 22, 2026) – Nick Miner, CCIM, and JT Taylor of ORION Investment Real Estate announce the sale of a ±4,647 SF owner/user medical office located in Peoria. Miner and Taylor represented the Seller, Corridor Living, LLC, in the sale of two contiguous medical suites totaling 1,689 SF and 2,958 SF, located at 15182 North 75th Avenue, Suites 160 & 180, Peoria, AZ 85381. The property sold for $1,439,000 ($309.66 PSF).

The property is located near the Loop 101 Freeway (Agua Fria) in the Peoria submarket and is part of the Greenway Medical Professional Condo Complex. It features monument signage, covered parking, and frontage along 75th Avenue.

“The seller is a long-time client of mine who purchased this property as an investment. Both tenant leases were coming up, and my client didn’t want the expense of re-tenanting the property, so we decided it was in his best interest to sell to an owner/user and find a new investment property to reinvest in, ” said Miner.

“The strong activity we saw after bringing the property to market underscores the high demand and limited supply of quality medical office space in this submarket, ” Taylor stated.
