Irvine, CA (February 13, 2026) — PREMIER Design + Build Group is proud to announce the promotions of Jeramy Mahfet to Senior Vice President and Nick Palmer to Vice President, Field Operations in the company’s Western Region. Since helping establish and grow PREMIER’s Irvine office, Jeramy Mahfet has played a critical role in expanding the company’s market presence and reputation. He is known for his strategic mindset, client-focused approach, and ability to build high-performing teams.
Jeramy has led the pursuit and execution of complex design-build projects while growing long-term partnerships. His leadership has been instrumental in achieving key regional milestones, strengthening market positioning, and aligning operations with PREMIER’s national vision. As Senior Vice President, Jeramy will continue to guide PREMIER’s regional strategy, growth, and overall market execution.
Nick Palmer has consistently demonstrated strong operational leadership and a deep commitment to quality, safety, and team development. Throughout his tenure, Nick has successfully led construction teams through challenging schedules and technically demanding projects, earning trust from teammates, clients, peers, and trade partners. His hands-on leadership style, attention to detail, and ability to proactively solve problems have contributed to the successful delivery of numerous projects and the continued growth of construction operations in the Western Region.
As Vice President, Field Operations, Nick will continue to oversee field operations, mentor project teams, and drive best practices across the market. In alignment with PREMIER’s core values and culture, both leaders are recognized for their integrity, teamwork, and accountability.
