The first lease covers 960 square feet at 18631 N. 19th Ave., in a building owned by EC Union Foundation, LLC. John Jackson, Kristina Stamets, and Delaney McGroarty of Diversified Partners represented the landlord. Jake Ertle and Nic Chavira of Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.
The second transaction is for 1,500 square feet at 7333 W. Thomas Rd., with the owner listed as HH Desert Sky, LLC. Nick Eggen of Hannay Realty Advisors represented the landlord, and Jake Ertle and Nic Chavira of Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.
