Tucson Lease

TUCSON, AZ (April 20, 2026) — A total of 34,321 square feet of new industrial and office space was reported leased in the Tucson market for the week of April 13–17, 2026, including 31,183 square feet in new leases and 3,138 square feet in renewals. Industrial and flex users led the week with 28,245 square feet of new activity, while office leasing accounted for 2,938 square feet of new deals. The largest industrial lease was Semper Fi Heating and Cooling LLC at 12,083 square feet at Broadbent Business Center, while the top office lease was Lexington DDD Services, LLC at 5,276 square feet at Wilmot Professional Plaza. Renewals were limited to office space this week, led by SGS North America Inc. with 3,138 square feet at North Tucson Business Center.

The following leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the week of April 13–17, 2026.

NEW LEASES

INDUSTRIAL – 2155 N FORBES BLVD., #101, TUCSON, AZ 85745, WEST SUBMARKET
Semper Fi Heating and Cooling LLC leased 12,083 square feet of industrial space at Broadbent Business Center, 2155 N. Forbes Blvd., Suite 101, in Tucson, from Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC. INDUSTRIAL – 7061 N CAMINO MARTIN, #110, MARANA, AZ 85741, NORTHWEST SUBMARKET
S & K Security Group, LLC leased 7,000 square feet of flex space at Ina-10 Flex Center, 7061 N Camino Martin, Suite 110, in Marana. Isaac Figueroa, CCIM, SIOR, with Larsen Baker represented the landlord, and Michael represented the tenant.

OFFICE – 6274 E GRANT RD., SUITE B, TUCSON, AZ 85712, NORTHEAST SUBMARKET
Lexington DDD Services, LLC leased 5,276 square feet of office space at Wilmot Professional Plaza, 6274 E Grant Rd., Suite B, in Tucson. Isaac Figueroa, CCIM, SIOR, with Larsen Baker represented the landlord, and David Walwyn with Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the tenant.

OFFICE/WAREHOUSE – 4100 S FREMONT AVE., #130, TUCSON, AZ 85714, SOUTH SUBMARKET
Davinci Collections LLC leased 2,434 square feet of office/warehouse space from Foothills Business Ventures LLC at 4100 S Fremont Ave., Suite 130, in Tucson. Max Fisher of BRD Realty handled the transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 150 S CAMINO SECO, #209 & 210, TUCSON, AZ 85710, EAST SUBMARKET
Origin Security leased an additional 2,000 square feet in Suites 209 and 210 at Camino Seco Business Park, 150 S Camino Seco, in Tucson. Isaac Figueroa, CCIM, SIOR, with Larsen Baker represented the landlord and handled the transaction.

OFFICE/WAREHOUSE – 1687 W GRANT RD., #104, TUCSON, AZ 85745, WEST SUBMARKET
