Tucson Lease Report

TUCSON, AZ (May 11, 2026) — A total of 30,735 square feet in lease activity was reported for the week, including 12,869 square feet of industrial space, 11,269 square feet of office space and 6,597 square feet of retail space. The largest industrial lease was ACZ Laboratories, Inc. for 5,150 square feet at 3450 S. Broadmont Dr., represented by Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR brokers Paul Hooker, Kameron Norwood, and Andrew Keim. The largest office lease was to THERAPLAY4KIDZ, LLC for 2,600 square feet at Valencia Business Park, represented by Ryan McGregor with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR for the tenant and Caleb Allan and Tyson Breinholt with J & J Commercial Properties for the landlord. The largest retail lease was for Chipotle Mexican Grill, 2,046 square feet, at Sunrise Village Shopping Center, represented by Dave Hammack with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR for the landlord and Ben Craney with NAI Horizon for the tenant.
