TUCSON, AZ (May 20, 2026) -- IOS Southwest has completed the acquisition of an industrial outdoor storage property at 3200 W. Diamond Street in Tucson for $1,450,000.

Located just off Ruthrauff Road in Tucson’s highly sought-after Northwest industrial market, the approximately 0.98-acre site offers immediate access to Interstate 10 and features a fully concrete-paved yard designed for industrial outdoor storage use.
