TUCSON, AZ (July 2, 2026) — Larsen Baker, through its affiliate Palmdale Opportunity Partners, LLC, purchased a 7,500-square-foot freestanding flex office/industrial building at 1001 E. Palmdale Street in Tucson for $650,000, or $86 per square foot, as part of their investment strategy.

The building sits on 1.37 acres of I-1 zoned land and is currently occupied through the end of October. Following the acquisition, the property is being offered for lease or purchase, appealing to potential investors looking for investment opportunities.
