
TUCSON, ARIZONA (July 13, 2026) — Thirteen leases totaling 54,421 square feet were reported across the Tucson-area commercial real estate market during the week of July 6–10, 2026.
This week's Lease Report highlights the key transactions in the market.
Industrial transactions accounted for 47,343 square feet, followed by 4,628 square feet of office space and 2,450 square feet of retail space. Five new leases totaled 32,624 square feet, while eight renewals and renewal expansions accounted for 21,797 square feet. This Lease Report provides a comprehensive overview of the leasing activity.

Longley Tax & Financial Services leased 2,450 square feet at Rancho Vistoso Center, 12925–13005 N. Oracle Road in Oro Valley. The transaction is the first lease announced by Larsen Baker since its acquisition of the center. The suite was created from a larger, approximately 18,000-square-foot vacancy as part of Larsen Baker’s plan to divide the former big-box space into smaller suites. Approximately 10,000 square feet of the larger space remains available, along with a 918-square-foot retail shop space.
