Lease Renewals

TUCSON, ARIZONA (July 13, 2026) — Larsen Baker announced 83,920 square feet of lease renewals and expansion activity across its Southern Arizona commercial real estate portfolio, highlighting the importance of Lease Renewals in maintaining tenant relationships.

The transactions include office, medical and retail tenants in Tucson and Sierra Vista, reflecting continued tenant retention across several of the company’s shopping centers and professional office properties.

The reported transactions include:

  • MEB Management renewed 4,813 square feet of office space at 4801 E. Broadway Blvd., Suite 311, in Tucson.
  • Slutes, Sakrison & Rogers renewed 4,751 square feet of office space at 4801 E. Broadway Blvd., Suite 301, in Tucson.
  • Total Quality Logistics renewed 7,432 square feet of office space at 4801 E. Broadway Blvd., Suite 201, in Tucson.
  • Rocks and Ropes renewed 14,957 square feet of retail space at Bear Canyon Shopping Center, 8975 E. Tanque Verde Road, Suite 155, in Tucson.
  • Mattress Firm renewed 4,000 square feet of retail space at Broadway Crossing, 5455 E. Broadway Blvd., in Tucson.
  • Skechers renewed 17,929 square feet of retail space at Circle Plaza, 7166 E. Broadway Blvd., in Tucson.
  • Grant DMSO renewed 3,003 square feet of office space at Wilmot Professional Plaza, 6288 E. Grant Road, in Tucson.
  • Spectrum of Joy renewed and expanded its lease to 4,400 square feet of office space at Wilmot Professional Plaza, 6296 E. Grant Road, Suite 110, in Tucson.
  • Tucson Clinical Research renewed 2,085 square feet of medical space at Wilmot Professional Plaza, 6290 E. Grant Road, in Tucson.
  • Asian Eyebrow Threading renewed 1,600 square feet of retail space at Plaza at Williams Centre, 5420 E. Broadway Blvd., Suite 250, in Tucson.
  • Old Pueblo Vapor renewed 1,800 square feet of retail space at Speedway Craycroft Plaza, 5470 E. Speedway Blvd., Suite A107, in Tucson.
  • Sunny Days renewed 1,100 square feet of retail space at Sol Block, 2605 E. Broadway Blvd., in Tucson.
  • Shoe Show renewed 15,000 square feet of retail space at South Plaza Vista Center, 493 N. Highway 90 Bypass, Suite 120, in Sierra Vista.
  • Water Street Station renewed 1,050 square feet of retail space at 3996 N. First Ave. in Tucson.

Isaac Figueroa, CCIM, SIOR, represented the landlords in all 14 transactions. The property owners are affiliates of Larsen Baker.
