TUCSON, AZ (July 20, 2026) -- PrimePlay Collective, Inc., an Urban Air Adventure Park franchisee, has leased approximately 29,679 square feet at ABC Broadway & Kolb Shopping Center, 7125 E. Broadway Blvd. in Tucson.
The location, situated at the northeast corner of Broadway Boulevard and Kolb Road, will be PrimePlay Collective’s first Urban Air Adventure Park in Tucson. The new attraction is expected to open during the first quarter of 2027.
Urban Air Adventure Park operates more than 350 locations across the United States and Canada. The concept has expanded beyond the traditional trampoline park model to offer a broader range of indoor attractions for children and families.
Depending on the location, Urban Air parks may include adventure slides, go-karts, climbing walls, laser tag, virtual reality experiences, and other activities. The parks also typically feature a café and seating areas where parents can watch their children.
The Tucson location will bring new family entertainment use to the Broadway and Kolb retail corridor while filling a substantial space within ABC Broadway & Kolb Shopping Center.
