Copenhagen Imports

TUCSON, ARIZONA (Aug. 6, 2026) — Covenant Properties LLC purchased the former Copenhagen Imports Service and Clearance Center at 3648 and 3764 E. Ajo Way for $6,957,935.

The 61,427-square-foot warehouse, showroom and office property sits on approximately 4.56 acres in Tucson’s south industrial submarket. The sale equates to approximately $113.27 per square foot. The transaction closed July 9, 2026.

HHC Tucson Real Estate LLC, an entity associated with Copenhagen Imports, sold the property. Tim Healy and Jackson Kraft with CBRE represented the seller. Raymundo Olvera of Open Realty represented the buyer.

The concrete tilt-up building was constructed in 2005 and includes a mezzanine, showroom, and warehouse space. The property was vacant at the time of sale.

Covenant Properties acquired the property as an owner-user for Arizona Steel and Ornamental Supply, which plans to occupy the facility. Victor M. Olvera is identified as manager of the purchasing entity.

The site is zoned CI-1 for light industrial and warehousing uses and is located near the Palo Verde and Butterfield business districts, with convenient access to Interstate 10 and Tucson International Airport.
