Port of Tucson

TUCSON, Ariz (Aug. 5, 2026) -- Century Park Properties LLC, affiliated with the Levin Family Trust, purchased 61.95 acres of industrial land at 6701 S. Wilmot Road in Tucson for $5.75 million, or approximately $92,817 per acre and $2.13 per square foot.

The property is directly adjacent to the Levin family’s Port of Tucson and Century Park holdings, making the acquisition a strategic expansion of the inland port and industrial campus. The site is located north of Interstate 10, near Amazon distribution facilities and the Union Pacific rail corridor.

Zoned for light and heavy industrial uses, the property is suitable for warehouse, distribution, research and development, or industrial park development. Century Park Properties lists an address at 6964 E. Century Park Drive, immediately east of the acquired parcel.

Apollo Gardens LLC, managed by Sukhbinder Khangura, sold the property in an all-cash transaction. Apollo Gardens acquired the land for $4.5 million in April 2022. The latest sales represent an increase of $1.25 million, or approximately 27.8 percent, over slightly more than four years. Three older industrial buildings on the property were considered obsolete and assigned no value in the transaction.

Patrick Welchert, SIOR, of Alpha Commercial Real Estate Service represented the seller and marketed the property. Welchert can be reached at 520.360.9394 or [email protected]. The property was offered at $5.75 million, the same price paid by the buyer.

Marketing materials indicate that environmental and geotechnical studies had been completed and that plans were available for more than 100,000 square feet of development. Utilities serving the site include Tucson Water, Tucson Electric Power and Southwest Gas, with Pima County sewer service nearby.

For more information, contact Welchert at 520.360.9394.
