D.R. Horton

TUCSON, Arizona (Nov. 4, 2026) — D.R. Horton purchased 137 residential lots in Arcadia and Cascada II for a combined $6.11 million in two October transactions, adding finished and platted lots to its Southern Arizona land holdings.

The acquisitions include 20 finished lots in the Catalina area and 117 platted lots and common areas in Marana.

Arcadia Lots Sell for $3.2 Million

D.R. Horton purchased 20 finished residential lots in Arcadia from Big Horn Land Development LLC, an affiliate of Fairfield Homes, for $3.2 million, or $160,000 per lot.

The all-cash transaction closed October 2, 2026. The acquisition includes Lots 84 through 103 along North Giro Gargano in the Catalina area.

D.R. Horton is marketing Arcadia as a coming soon gated community featuring its Grand Series homes. Published plans call for four floor plans ranging from approximately 2,172 to 3,431 square feet, with three to five bedrooms and garage configurations that include an optional RV garage.

Cascada II Purchase Adds 117 Platted Lots

In a separate transaction, D.R. Horton acquired 117 platted residential lots and common areas in Cascada II, C2 Block 4, in Marana for $2,913,669, or approximately $24,903 per lot.

The seller was Cascada BLF LLC, care of Walton Global Holdings LLC. The transaction closed October 16, 2026, with seller financing and a down payment of $437,050.

The acquisition encompasses approximately 105.22 acres, including common areas. Individual lot dimensions have not been confirmed.

The two transactions represent different stages of residential land development, with finished lots acquired at Arcadia and platted lots at Cascada II. The reported prices per lot reflect the total consideration divided by the residential lot count in each purchase.

Sam Mills, D.R. Horton’s division vice president of land, is listed as the buyer’s representative on both transactions. David Williamson is listed as the seller’s representative for Arcadia.
