SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (July 31, 2026) – A.R. Mays Construction is proud to announce the promotion of Brian Reed to Senior Vice President of Preconstruction & Business Development, making him the first Senior Vice President in the firm's history.
Reed has played a key role in the continued growth of A.R. Mays Construction through his leadership, strategic vision, and commitment to building strong client relationships. His contributions to the company's preconstruction efforts have helped strengthen its reputation and support many of the successful projects and partnerships that define A.R. Mays today.

In addition to Reed's promotion, Joe Funk has been promoted to Vice President of Preconstruction & Estimating. Funk, who will celebrate eight years with A.R. Mays this November, has become a trusted leader within the company's estimating and preconstruction teams. His promotion recognizes his leadership and contributions to A.R. Mays' continued success.
