MARANA, ARIZONA – Aeris Family Dental will be expanding its off at 8651 N Silverbell Road in Marana, north of Tucson. An affiliate of Aeris Dental, L.L. Holdings, LLC (Dr. Lan E Allen) bought the building it occupies recently for $850,000 ($283.52 PSF).
Aeris Dental was a tenant in 1,748-square-feet and Long Realty was in 1,250-square-feet at the Canyon Community Bank & Retail Shoppes at Coachline and Silverbell Roads. Aeris Dental purchased the building to occupy the entire building, or 2,998-square-feet, going forward.
Aeris has four locations in metro Tucson: Pantano & Speedway, Rita Rd & Houghton, Downtown Tucson, and this one.
