Medical Center Located Near Two Major Hospitals
PHOENIX, ARIZONA – Akos Medical Plaza, a medical office facility in Surprise, Arizona, has been sold to Evergreen Medical Properties and Bain Capital Real Estate. Situated at 12361 W. Bola Dr., the property is located near both Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center and Banner Boswell Medical Center.
Akos Medical Plaza was built in 2006 and contains 37,424-square-feet of space. In addition to a fully-renovated ambulatory surgery center (ASC), the property is home to internal medicine, cardiology, pain management, podiatry, audiology, hormone replacement, and health & wellness practices.
“This property features a robust mix of medical tenants, including the only off-campus ASC in the Northwest Valley,” said Mindy Korth, executive vice president with Colliers in Arizona. “The underlying drivers of demand for medical office space remain strong. This property holds a prominent position in the fast-growing Northwest submarket, ensuring its success for years to come.” Korth handled the sale transaction.

Evergreen Medical Properties and Bain Capital Real Estate purchased the property from Mesa, Arizona-based Boomerang Capital Partners, who acquired the Class A medical development in 2019.
