Phoenix, AZ (March 26, 2025)—Alexander Building Company is thrilled to announce the addition of Paul Komadina as the newest Partner and Chief Strategy Officer. As the company continues its mission to deliver excellence and innovation in the commercial construction industry, Paul will be responsible for driving the operational and growth strategies for the Phoenix-based commercial general contractor.

A 19-year commercial real estate veteran, Komadina spent his entire career at CBRE. Most recently, he served as Arizona Market Leader at CBRE, overseeing more than 600 people in all lines of business. Before that, he served as Managing Director of CBRE's San Diego operations. He started his career as an investment sales broker in San Diego.
Komadina has been very active in the civic and business community since returning to Arizona in 2018. Having sat on numerous boards over the last six years, he is currently active in the Arizona chapter of Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), The Thunderbirds, and Thunderbirds Charities, and sits on the board of directors for Valley Leadership. He was born and raised in Phoenix and attended Brophy College Preparatory.
