SCOTTSDALE, AZ – Commercial real estate developer SimonCRE announces the recent hire of Jared Atkisson as Director of Construction.
Atkisson comes to SimonCRE highly experienced with a strong work history including managing the planning, development, construction, remodel, property management and maintenance of a portfolio of over 225 Carl's Jr., Hardees, and Pizza Patron restaurants throughout the Midwest and Southwest. He has effectively managed the construction of over 75 ground up and restaurant conversions and has coordinated the interior and exterior remodels of over 130 restaurants.
His most notable local Arizona projects are the Carl's Jr. located just across the street from the University of Phoenix Stadium and the restaurant and Phoenix Suns team shop remodel, located inside the Talking Stick Arena Resort (formerly known as US Airways Arena).
