PHOENIX, ARIZ. (July 19, 2024) – AZCREW, the commercial real estate organization that exists to transform the industry by advancing women globally, brings together a panel of experts to discuss the multifamily, student housing, and senior markets in Arizona.

Join AZCREW for a fascinating look into the Arizona Living Products Market. Recently Arizona has been a hotbed in the all-ages rental housing industry. What is happening in those markets? What are the challenges and opportunities?

Speakers include Tammy Carr, Director of Business Development, Brinkman Constructors; Cindy Cooke, Vice Chair | Arizona, Colliers Cooke Multifamily Team; Geoff Jacobs, Managing Partner, Aspirant Development; Paul Tuchin, Phoenix Market Leader, Trammell Crow; and Manjula Vaz, Member, Gammage & Burnham.

“The living product markets have been really interesting for Arizona for the last handful of years. We’ve heard our market’s supply was behind population growth,” Carr said. “After explosive years from 2019 through mid-2023, a perfect storm of land and construction pricing, debt and equity requirements and interest rate hikes successfully started to cool our market. But what about the demand? Hear from Aspirant Development and Trammell Crow on their market views and Collier’s and Gammage & Burnham on how their book of clients are approaching these dynamic markets.”

The August 20 event will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at ASU SkySong, Building 3, 1365 N. Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale.

The registration fee is $55 for members; $75 for non-members. Register here.
