PHOENIX, ARIZONA , October 25, 2022 -- The sale of Bowlero, a 35, 508-square-foot bowling alley built in 1973 was recently recorded.  The location of the property is 7241 W. Indian School in Phoenix, Arizona.  The property sold to Exclusivo Reception Hall, LLC.  The seller was 7241 Indian School LLC.

The sales price was $3,500,000, which equates to $99 per square foot.  The building was vacant at closing and the buyer plans to occupy the property.

Mark Rein & Larry Peters of Rein & Grossoehme represented the seller and Luis Montano of Planet Realty represented the buyer.  Mark Rein specializes in the sale of shopping centers and has sold 109 such properties over the years.

Rein & Grossoehme specializes in the sale of investment properties and retail, office and industrial leasing.
