Brad is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in commercial real estate. He is proficient in all aspects of leasing and sales of retail properties and commercial land. He has extensive knowledge of distressed property sales, and commercial land sales and acquisitions. This provides a deep and varied level of experience for his clients. Additionally, he is well versed in strategic site selection having represented a wide range of clientele including national and regional retail tenants, municipalities, and Fortune 100 and 500 companies.
