Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™ Hires Data Services Expert Brett Burkhart
Phoenix, AZ - Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, the nation’s fastest-growing commercial real estate company, announces further growth with the appointment of Brett Burkhart as Director of Data Services. Burkhart will work closely with Chief Operating Officer Duerk Brewer with a focus on optimizing the firm’s proprietary database.
With numerous years of experience managing shared databases, Brett will play a pivotal role in improving and expanding Matthews™ proprietary database. As Director of Data Services, Brett will manage data targeting investors, lead data research efforts for owners, establish data standards, and ensure data integrity to increase our database’s effectiveness. Burkhart has held positions at several national and boutique commercial real estate firms and has experience compiling criteria-driven distribution lists of prospective buyers and managing as well as improving proprietary database contacts and properties.

Brett Burkhart brings with him over 20 years of database management experience. Prior to joining Matthews™, Burkhart worked as the Lead Research Analyst for Greysteel. Before that, he served as the Director of Database Management for ABI Multifamily where he managed and improved their database. Burkhart also worked at Hendricks & Partners and Berkadia as a Marketing Analyst.
