The Phoenix office of Sperry Van Ness is pleased to announce the addition of Brian Teske as Associate Advisor with the Phoenix multifamily team of commercial real estate professionals. Teske has a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) as well as a Certified Property Manager Designation (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management and has been a licensed real estate agent in the state of Arizona since 2008.
Teske started his career in real estate in 2007 working for a mid-sized property management firm in Phoenix. Teske worked as the Marketing Director for the corporate office helping to manage and oversee the portfolio.
“Brian grew up in the apartment business, so it’s in his DNA,” said Neil Sherman, Principal of Sperry Van Ness. “He also has a background in commercial finance with an emphasis on multifamily so this is a natural next step in his career path.”
Teske has also held positions running a management division for an investment real estate company where he managed a portfolio of about 50 residential homes and several multiplexes. Teske most recently worked as a commercial loan officer originating, structuring and processing commercial real estate loans nationwide. Teske has closed over $35 million in loan volume to date through SBA, USDA and conventional loan programs.
Teske graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a concentration in Business Management.
