TUCSON, ARIZONA, April 18, 2023 -- CRE Silverbell Road, LLC of Redondo Beach, California, purchased the 5,572-square-foot retail building known as Silverbell Plaza at 8553 N. Silverbell Rd. in Marana for $725,000 ($135 PSF) from Aljaar Investment Corp. of Aventura, Florida.
The property is a three-suite retail strip center currently occupied by three active tenants: La Olla Mexican Café, Salon 43 Hair Salon, and American Family Insurance. The buyer is an investor in various classes of properties, including properties in Phoenix, purchased to add to their existing investment portfolio.
The asset closed on April 14, 2023.
