Tucson, Arizona – CBRE announced the sale of 5320, 5328 & 5336 E. Speedway Blvd in Tucson, Ariz. to EH Building Fund, LLC and Smithurton Enterprises, LLC for $1,495,000 ($54 PSF).
CBRE’s Nancy McClure represented the buyer.
The 27,591 square-foot building on three C-2-zoned parcels totaling 1.54 acres is planned to have a non-profit thrift shop with ancillary services and a restaurant. It was originally built in 1961 for a furniture store, Holiday House, and later was SAS Fabrics.
"This property was the right location for the buyer and is slated to have many upgrades prior to the businesses opening,” said McClure. “The property sale included a cell towner lease with income-flow.”
