Phoenix, AZ – CBRE announced today that Jim Trobaugh, Rob Marsh and Chris Hook have been promoted to executive vice presidents. The three executives lead the firm’s award winning Labor Analytics Group, a global specialty-consulting group that provides advisory services on projects including site selection for new or expanding markets, existing market evaluation and assessment and economic and financial incentive negotiation.

“The Labor Analytics Group has played a critical role in elevating CBRE to its position as the global leader in advisory and transaction services,” said Craig Henig, senior managing director of the southwest region and Arizona market leader.

“Jim, Rob, Chris and their team have demonstrated over and over their commitment to client success. From the development of proprietary, market-leading technology to their innate ability to offer sophisticated and intuitive analysis of our clients’ most complex operations challenges, the Labor Analytics Group consistently provides clients with the highest level of service. Their hard work and dedication are undeniable.”

Trobaugh, Marsh and Hook have led their team to securing two CoreNet Global Innovators awards, the industry’s highest recognition for innovation. In 1995, the trio founded the Labor Analytics Group after identifying a need for better labor market intelligence, particularly for large corporate clients with labor-intensive operations.

The three executives are regularly among CBRE’s top producing professionals, both locally and nationally. They are multiple year Lippincott Circle Honorees, one of the highest honors within CBRE. Most recently, they were recognized as 2015 top producers in the Phoenix office and in the top 275 nationally.
