Kerry Linthicum, VP CBRE

PHOENIX, Arizona – CBRE announced today that Kerry Linthicum, a retail leasing professional, has joined the firm’s Phoenix retail services practice as a Vice President.

Ms. Linthicum will partner with First Vice President Carol Schillne and will focus on agency and landlord leasing for retail properties throughout the greater metro Phoenix area.

“Kerry is the perfect complement to the CBRE team of retail professionals,” said Craig Henig, senior managing director, Southwest Market Area. “Her experience gained while working with some of the most high-profile retail developers, restaurants and retailers in the Arizona market, enhances CBRE’s reach and capabilities to serve the diverse group of owners and retailers throughout the Southwest.”

Ms. Linthicum has more than 20 years of retail leasing experience, with expertise in all retail product types, including regional malls, lifestyle centers, power centers, neighborhood centers, and urban developments. Her experience spans in multiple markets including Phoenix, San Diego and Kauai.

Ms. Linthicum’s brokerage career began in 1990 at John Burnham and Company, San Diego, as the exclusive co-leasing agent for the Burnham Pacific Properties REIT Portfolio. After relocating to Arizona in 1996, she worked as an executive with many best-in-class Arizona developers including Suncor Development, Pederson Group, Westcor and DMB Associates. Standout assignments include the Borgata, Hilton Village and One Scottsdale. Ms. Linthicum started her own retail leasing/consulting firm, Premises, LLC in 2005.

Ms. Linthicum holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business with a finance concentration from the University of San Diego and is also a licensed Designated Broker in both Arizona and Hawaii. She has been active through the communities where she’s lived, most recently serving as a real estate student mentor at the University of San Diego and Broncos Football Team Mom at Brophy College Preparatory.
