PHOENIX, Arizona – CBRE announced the firm has secured three leases at the newly renovated Chandler Office Center in Chandler, Arizona, bringing the property to 85 percent occupancy. New tenants include Arizona Children’s Association, OrthoArizona and Comfort Keepers.
Jamie Swirtz of CBRE in Phoenix represented the landlord, ColRich, in the lease negotiations.
Arizona Children’s Associations, one of the largest statewide comprehensive child welfare and behavioral health not-for-profit agencies in Arizona, will relocate from its current location to a 10,063-square-foot office space at Chandler Office Center in July 2020.
OrthoArizona, an orthopedic care provider, has leased 6,937-square-feet in the building. The tenant occupied the property in December 2019.
Comfort Keepers, a provider of in-home care for seniors and other adults in need of assistance, has leased 1,818-square-feet at the property. The tenant occupied the property in January.
Located at 1331, 1347 and 1351 N. Alma School Road, the 57,845-square-foot office building features newly renovated common areas and restrooms, new landscaping and exterior paint. The area offers an abundance of amenities nearby, including the retail, restaurants and entertainment venues in and surrounding Chandler Fashion Center.
“Renovations were key in attracting new tenants to Chandler Office Center,” said CBRE’s Swirtz. “Additionally, the property’s excellent Southeast Valley location offers tenants great value in a prime location.”
