PHOENIX, ARIZ. (Dec. 15, 2022) – The Central Arizona Chapter of CCIM, commercial real estate's global standard for professional achievement, has announced its leadership and board members for 2023.
Brian Teske, CCIM, Casita Capital Realty, will serve the first of his two-year stint as Chapter President. He will be joined on the leadership team by Vice President ELi Mastracci, CCIM, Phoenix West Commercial; Secretary/Treasurer
Sabrina Walters, SLW Realty Group LLC; and Immediate Past President Todd Hamilton, CCIM, SIOR, Citywide Commercial Real Estate.
Board members for 2023 are:
- Marina Hammersmith, CCIM, ORION Investment Real Estate;
- Bobbie Mastracci, CCIM, SIOR, Phoenix West Commercial;
- Belinda Rosthenhausler, CDC Small Business Finance;
- Sheila Long, Old Republic Exchange;
- Jennette Bennett, CCIM, Kidder Mathews;
- Bettina Hunt, CCIM, Colliers;
- Andrew Warner, CCIM, NAI Horizon;
- Cathy Fox, CCIM, Coldwell Banker Commercial; and
- Victoria Filice, CCIM, JV Property Holdings.
- Ad Hoc Board Member is Lisa Richardson, CCIM, Real Living SJ Fowler Real Estate.
“I’m very excited to serve as the 2023 President for Central Arizona CCIM and lead our very talented board of industry leaders. The CCIM Institute confers the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation. To earn the CCIM designation, commercial real estate professionals must complete more than 160 hours of case-study driven education covering topics such as interest-based negotiation, financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, investment analysis, and ethics in commercial investment real estate.
